Your data and service documents

Your materials are used to analyse your work and check the evidence behind the findings. Access is restricted; publication requires separate permission.

What is processed

Analysis uses video, audio, frames, transcripts and derived observations. Necessary excerpts are passed to external models and processing tools. Provider terms depend on the route used; we do not claim a contractual ban on training across every route.

The service operator has technical access to materials for support and error correction. Ordinary logs must not contain material texts, subscriber addresses or secrets.

Source materials, paid model responses, measurements and reports may be retained to correct and reproduce an analysis. Automatic deletion of all source files immediately after delivery is not currently in effect. Retention periods for festival materials are agreed with the organiser.

The tool does not identify people by face or voice. Names may come from your data and labels in the recording; an unverified match between a name and a voice requires checking.

Viewing and deleting your data

In the bot, /my_data shows your account information; /delete_my_data starts a confirmation flow to delete bot data. To request deletion of source files and archived material for a specific analysis, contact the operator. The bot command does not automatically clear all archives and backups.
